I was thinking...

about all the low or no carb foods on the market now.

funny...Atkins and Carb Addict diets have been around for awhile and now suddenly it's the big thing...

anyway..I saw a "cultured dairy snack" that said in big letters all over it, "3g of carbs" and "carb contol"...I was curious..so I bought it...

holy crap...and that is what it taste like!
some nasty stuff there...

I will stick to my meat and vegies, thank you very much.

*shudder*

As a friend recently said, it's what you "push away" from.  Everything in moderation...get away from the table after the first helping...and get exercise.

It's utterly ridiculous that we allow someone to take our money when all they are giving back to us is over-priced "common sense" meals.

We are a waistland of fast food addicts...

Susan, I'm not sure this subject is "non-confrontational." I was with a group a few days ago and all bu myself and one other were on either the Atkins or the South Beach diet. It didn't take too long before the asrgument over which was "good" became pretty heated.

A lot of my co-workers are doing the weight watchers points and I swear if I have to sit in my office and smell popcorn one more time...I am just going to hurl.

I would think not, as that would add *gasp* points...
