I Cannot Tell Him I cannot tell him how I have thought Of him; of how the winter winds Are the sighs from my breast. He would have me open And show myself again, To release these repressed Emotions that I easily could, But dare not, feel. I cannot tell him how I have missed him. Despite time’s passage, the mark Of his presence has not lessened, Yet remained consistent, As though he were still with me... Yet self denial is an oppressive ruler, And its weight is heavy. |

Ladyhawke, I absolutely love the last line... and the rest. Kethry Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |
