In a lifelong snow storm I lay buried Ready for Spring to reach out with its golden arms And pull me out of my burrow into the blossoming warmth In which other eyes will sparkle in the rays of penetration They will create the foliage to spread around the canvas of time In a masterpiece of thought and mind Upon a picture implanted with the seeds of my verse That will repopulate itself into most reader’s minds As the enjoyment grows in others My roots will solidify As my space will be claimed in the memories of others And even after I am gone My shell will be petrified In repeated calls of a that special Spring awakening Email me if you want a critique on or off line at [email protected] I write so much that I may seem to be inconsiderate of others; I do apologize for my flaws. I have felt this way too....sometimes digging out of my own personal snowstorm is daunting. |
