The day has begun The sun has risen But the clouds deny The street lights glow Illuminating the mist That shrouds their warmth The breeze blows gently And the mist plays upon my face It lingers unnoticed The air is cool Heavy with moisture Its aroma calms me The air chills my bones My heart chills the air For this is my day [This message has been edited by Maverick Wolf (02-20-2002 10:55 PM).] |

I really liked this one from you. It is a different style than what you normally write. Very good though! (If you haven't guessed, I'm catching up on my posts!) "Why should I live? Why should I do anything? Is there in life any purpose which the inevitable death that awaits me does not undo and destroy?" -- Le |

An enjoyable read. I liked the contrasting imagery. |
