If I told you where I hurt,
Would you make it well?
If I made my confession,
Would you listen as I tell?

It’s a secret in my heart,
I’ve kept it very well.
If I make it known,
Would it break your heart as well?

I find it hard to let it out,
To make it that well known,
I’ve kept it very close to me,
Something I could call my own.

So until I know for sure,
I’ll keep it to myself.
Stored inside of me,
In my heart upon a shelf.

I like this. I have secrets that some will never know. Sometimes, although I have been told it's wrong, I think it is best that way. I enjoyed.
