Long Distance Love Song Last night I held you while you cried. I wept along with you... I was that moved to see that you. Felt free enought to cry with me. Last night I held you while you cried, For I knew not what else to do, But comfort you and hold you close, And give you all the love you need. Last night I dreamt of you...somehow. And you were crying in my dreams. But when I awoke this mourning. I found you were far away. Sometimes a sadness fills my heart, It overwhelms at times like these, When I cannot reach out my hand, And draw you close to me. ...................................... Last night I felt you hold me, As I cried inside your dreams. Cherish the good memories past and look forward to the adventure called Tomorrow. |
