Too Much by Michael Come somber dreams and visit sleep Wake not who there on pillow lies His sleep at best is fitful cries For in the day he cannot weep The years on him have taken toll And ravaged in small ways unseen In some ways he feels so unclean In others, he fears for his soul The spirit fights as body gives With optimism views his fate He now knows that the hour's late But in him there's still much that lives You would think pain had final say But he will often with it jest And in so doing shine his best Then make the most of each new day His days are hard and few do know An actor he had to become And wishes sometimes he was numb Too much of pain, too much of woe Michael Auguste~ |

(big hugggssssss) So very sad, dearest friend, I too think we can all be melodramatic at times every now and then but once we take center stage to ourselves and learn from ourselves, we can make poetic justice come alive and joy and justice will come to all our hearts! (sigh) We all love you so much, sweet friend, my thoughts are always with you! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Michael, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |

Sorry you are in pain Michael, and it is great to write it out, almost feel silly to say this was a great poem, when it is kind of sad, so listen to Sea and call us in the morning . Live today like it was your last day on earth! |

Michael, This is a wonderful write.. if only it wasn't so sad *huggles* Writing is a miracle isn't it? No need to act.. only flush out the bad. I would say keep writing, but I know you will.
