Flying with you, sister "This is what the Lord says to me: "I will remain quiet and will look on from my dwelling place, like shimmering heat in the sunshine, like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest." NIV Isaiah 18:4 Awakened this morning to pretty sunshine Looked and behold she had brought me some wine My sweet darling sister who lives far away Said brother, I love you and hope you're okay. My heart shouted praises to God, above Joy overflowed from her bundle of love She is so special, I love her so much And dream of the day when our noses touch. Come little sister; take hold of my hand Fly with me upwards to heaven's sky land We'll soar like songbirds as we claim all highs Flying together, in God, through all skies. As our kindred spirits live in God's breast In Love, God created, we'll try for our best And joyfully teach the whole world to care Loving each other in God, as we share. Thank you, Sandra for your wonderfully kind words. God called me to write poetry. And now everything I do and say emanate from the Spirit of God being in me. So I guess I never think of my writing as having two subjects. I think of all of my poetry just coming from God within me. Thank you again for your kind thoughts. Newell darling boy this is outstanding truly awesome. I thought it was soooooooo good. Sometimes a poem speaks volumes this does. You obviously listen to yourself, and I’m listening to this poem it sings to me. This shows you how close you and your sister are and I love it. I wish I had written this I really do. Poetry doesn’t get much better. Well, it does but you have to write it YOU really are an outstanding writer. No one ever writes like you do, YOU are superb Is this good? Does the earth spin in space and time? Do birds sing? Does the sea always touch the shore? Yes?
