~ Driven By Fear ~

This I say of the moon's impoverished face:
pocked and mottled from countless collisions-
How does a dead stone shine with star's grace
yet is hushed by night and day's divisions?

Why, we wonder, would a man turn the cheek
When suffering occurs to a countless meek
dubious grim facades of the Never-thirsty
Blanched, parched souls search for angels of mercy

Ready to lay down - a victim of blood tears
Not motivated by hunger, but driven by fear
Barely can they breathe - mocked as they stand
Smote and erased by the unforgiving hand

But for the grace of the stout and brave
Justice could not hold a nobler sword
As aggressors shall fall to their knees
By lucidity of the mighty Word

~~ ~~ ~~

BRAVO!!! This is wonderful, sweet friend, yes, justice will be served always and fear will come to those who try and oppress those who are righteous and mighty of word and heart! (big hugggsssssss) This is powerful, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Jeff, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Its amazing how powerful words are, Jeff...
and so many people don't even realize that words are the most powerful weapons we have.

a great write

It is true, sometimes the Word is mightier than any sword, I loved the way you wrote this one baby!
