Wish You Were There Imaging myself in the eyes of you Wondering just what your mind does view Each time the words caress the feel Of waiting thoughts, of touches real. I sought out sheerness, and found it twice, Tried on its meaning, arresting, nice. Would please, and tease, I... feeling bold. Never thinking age is old. I sought out sheerness, and found each thread, Tempts the mind when shy is shed. "Bolden" not a word when pressed, But that's the feel I felt, possessed. Sassiness is not like me, But adventuresome I try to be. I sought out sheerness, tried its wear. It stood me proud... Wish you were there... ~M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

like the play of word and image in this... nicely done! A sensual feel with layers underneath to speak to the mind... |

Yes words are fun.... and as for spelling... now one must be gentle with me on that count...I spell worse than one can imagine. but your verse reminded me of this one.... Alone at last, buttons slip through eyelets to let drop the days garments. Puddled on the floor, at feet now bare, they look so much less like armor… So much more like shimmering robes worn to keep out the cold of others heat. Flesh and emotions bared for all to see, wanting the caress of just another who thinks like me... |

Amy, thanks..I was in a playful mood thinking about treating myself to a bit of sheerness..wondering if I could get away with it at my age. *s M |
