Sometimes the most remembered moments in life... are the ones most easily forgotten. I give light to my memory of... ten steps one. closer to the unknown, me. two. deeper stilling waves, hello. three. cry of healing patterns, seen. four. whispering inside pleasantries, you. five. nobody relates the melodies, footsteps. six. made genteel by you muted, motion. seven. beyond these ten steps, days. eight. walking the boulevard of friendship, dreamlike. nine. all perceptions lost now, closer. ten. will time repeal all this, again? copyright ©2002 hayden a. james My poetry is at: http://www.thehayden.org |
