Segway April, cleansing showers Crocus bathes delighted hours Honey dew fills butter cups Daffodils drink pick-me-ups Patter soft upon the earth Bring the squirms for all they're worth Puddles form to pool the wet Birdbaths heaven sent I bet From up to down a washing sweet As seasons change from sleep to fleet And all of earth arouse to greens For April weeps pure life it seems Copyright Kkh 3/30/02 |
