The Shores of Alone

Oh love what hast thou done to me?
Impropable, thy seeming chill
when once such heat did perpetrate
thy game of hearts upon my will.

Oh love, what chocolate bittersweet
has found its way unto thy heart?
Though velvet melt did beckon me
thy action hast torn us apart.

Oh love, what falsity is this?
thou protestations be unclear
for words once penned with silken lies
have come to show me naught but fear.

Oh love, shall this our ending be
with coolest nod and shadowed eye?
No longer hast thou need of me
abandoned thus, I bid goodbye.

(just a litle attempt, do I have my thys and thous right?)

Oh Sandra this is a chilly one
that I can certainly relate to.

Thy lady writes so well.

say not thy goodbye
lift thy chin and smile brightly
love will come anew

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.
