*Here's something a bit different from my usual style of writing, hope you all like it*

Where in the world
Is my mr. right?

Where would I find him
If I were to take flight?

Is he over in Tennessee
Searching for little ol' me?

Maybe, If I'm really lucky
I'll find him in Kentucky

Possibly he's in my birthplace of New York
Eating like a caveman without a knife and fork

Well, I heard from a little birdie
She said I should check New Jersey

Oh love of my life, are you in Virginia?
If you're my prize, how can I win ya?

Is mr. right in Idaho?
Exporting the potatoes that grow?

Is he clothes shopping in Mississippi
Will he like my wardrobe or is he a hippie?

Is he a federal worked in Ft Lauderdale?
I bet he delivers Balladeer's mail

He might be a doctor says my prediction
In Noah's town of Arvada, writing prescriptions

Is he neighbors with catalinamoon in Alaska?
The right person could've just walked right past ya

I wonder, and I wonder some more, now I leave it to fate
but what if he's not even in the united states?

My prince might be in France
Longing to shower me with romance

Could he be in Canada near my friend Nancy Lee?
If that's so, then girl, hook him up with me!

Is he in England, near my darling girl "Mushy"?
Modeling CK briefs with his cute tushy?

Worst case senerio- He's married but wants a divorce
So I continue to wait and let destiny run its course

Where, oh where, is your Mister Right?
Where is that silly guy tonight?
I hope he's not in Pakistan
Hiding out from Uncle Sam..
He better not be in Tahiti
Living with another sweetie.
In Egypt then? Well, that's no joy
Cause you don't need a mummy's boy!
In China looking for some nookie
With a little fortune cookie?
Window shopping in Amsterdam?
With Mary having a little lamb?
Someone said he was in Hoboken
But I think that they were jokin'.
I hope he's not a man from Venus..
I heard they don't have a .... !!
Where, oh where, is Mr. Right?
RosePetal needs her man tonight!!!

This is so very cute, Joanna...
but
I think he's hiding out in Kalamazoo
under Lyra's deck
with a cache of acorns, just for you

This is a very cute poem Joanna. I like that style on you, you wear it well. And I am cracking up over Balladeer’s poem. Only he could come up with that response!!

Joanna,
You may find this very hard,
But he might be in your back yard.
And the one you want so dear,
May in face be very near.

And when you give up on your plan,
Surprise, right there will be your man.
It's a mysterious fact of life,
Next thing you know...you're a wife.

Excellent poem and now all that is required is a little patience.

Everybody thinks of changing humanity and nobody thinks of changing himself. Leo Tolstoy
