The Shores of Alone

I trip frequently over shattered hopes
and misplaced dreams.

I fall consistently over sharp edged words
and convoluted thoughts.

His mistep should not have been a problem

Yet here I am on the ground again
lying in a puddle of unfinished business.

Never trust a man. Make 'em always do it your way. You got the tools to keep him in line. And the wisdom. Let him do the dreaming and hoping. Hehe.. Always stay in control.

Yep, sometimes feels like we’re all thumbs and left feet huh? I like this, you get your feelings out in so few words here.

Sandra,
I remember times like this...just couldn't describe them, until now! And sadly I have been the cause of times like this. But age has helped me do it much less often.

One more thing, it breaks my heart to see people have to deal with these issues. Peace...

Shattered hopes and misplaced dreams are painful indeed, but eventually we must pick up the pieces and try to put them back together again so that all is not lost completely.  Loved this Sandra~
