Dreams Led Me To You

Promises and pledges
Words of forevermore
Those dreams of past
I’m returning for more

Words creating feeling
Music brought to ears
Echoes of your songs
Dreamt of yesteryears

My spirit of adventure
Delighted me the view
Paths to endless ocean
All have led me to you

Encouraged, do I dare
Vision to always shine
Sharing lovers dreams
Our promises entwine

Over passionate folds
Upon my blushing skin
Seek the loving words
Follow dreams within

With a love cascading
Place me in the scene
Those wildest desires
Come fill up my dream

Thoughts of you there
A river meets the sea
With promises forever
In dreaming endlessly
