This Time Of Night Same time everyday I get caught up in evenings display There's just something about that view that I can't turn away It's when a part of him comes to life that I hold here inside Oh, there's just something about his face against that sky... What a shade of calm when the sun closes her eyes at last I like to remain beneath it and allow him to quietly pass For, I can always find him shining in dusk's kind of light Oh, there's just something about this time of night... It is clearly the moment I have grown to love best I know it's the hour I should allow his memory to rest For, the world is easing it's way to it's peaceful end But, it's this time of night that I wait just to see him again... He's the heart of my distraction that nature tenderly left God, how I love the way they both can take my breath It's here within that lavender sky that I'm blessed with all this Cause, it's this time of night I find gracility the day couldn't give... There's a constant urge to reach out for he just seems so close Touching him revives me like water to a sunkissed rose Blessed am I for sometimes sundown can be so kind It's always this time of night that they both linger on in my mind... Oh, you wouldn't believe what an evening could possibly bring When I'm able to catch his smile in a little bit of everything I wonder if he feels me as that moon begins to hang in sight And, when I cling tenaciously to him the same time every night....
