To mankind eternity is not real Something we can't claim to know. If God will make us a good deal We would be willing to follow. We struggle to recall a moment in time Remembering each part makes the whole. But we'll collect all the moments we cam find Making our own patchwork for an eternal soul. Then a moment explodes in front of us Created for all by the terrorists of time. Building blocks of complete distrust Leaving permanent images in our mind. If we have not experienced eternity Why do these images seem forever? Forever, through pain, what a pity, With God, eternity will be no pain, ever. September 21, 2001 Everybody thinks of changing humanity and nobody thinks of changing himself. Leo Tolstoy [This message has been edited by Larry C (03-11-2002 10:30 PM).] |

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Larry, I'm so glad that someone requested this, I think this is the appropriate poem for such a day as this, reflecting upon this sad day of our history! (sad sigh) I believe the aftermath of this will always be eternal, but not just with tears, but with hope and salvation for all too! (sigh) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is fabulous, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Larry, thank you for sharing, Amen!!! May love and light alwaysd shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |

A poem that brings to heart the question of how man can have such inhumanity against man. This poem reminded me of all those events of 9/11 and made me ask the question, why? ***Ivy Rose |

Beautifully and realistically written, Larry. Sometimes a moment can seem like eternity....I am sure that no one will ever forget that day. It will be burned into our souls forever. Beautifully written, Larry! ((hugs)) copyright2002 Lyra Nesius |
