Would you like to come and fly In my brightly colored balloon? We could pass the world on by As we drift up towards the moon We'll cruise slowly towards the ocean As the sun sinks below the sea While you wrap your arms around me A favourite place for me to be We'll glide just like the birds In our basket made for two The world passing by below us As we admire this stunning view We'll land softly in the meadow Upon a cushion of forest green And on a rug we'll reminisce About all the things we've seen I'll lay out our picnic basket Complete with champagne and caviar We could stay like this forever Until we spy the brightest star I'll feed you grapes and strawberries Until the cows come wandering home Then we'll climb aboard our basket And let the warm winds carry us home Suetang |
