One Breath Away

One breath away from her dear kiss,
but I shall never know her lips,
will never know her lovely scent,
nor know the movement of her hips.

But even so, we both can dream
and think of how it could have been.
A night of passion, we released,
with so much pleasure in our sin.

One breath away, just one short breath,
foreplay of kisses, long and deep.
The scent of copper, musk, on air,
as morning, through the blinds, tries creep.

One breath away, so short, the reach.
Instead, I’ll share her precious heart,
be satisfied with what I have
and know that of her, I am part.

Stars will shine when I am gone
Earth will spin on as before
Gulls still race along the shore
Morning star, still kiss the dawn

(smiles) Awwwwwwww, this is sooooooo beautiful, sweet friend, your gorgeous words of romance always touch my heart deeply! I can relate tp these feelings so well for I have fallen deeply in love with Joanna (RosePetal) and I dream ever so much of seeing her in the summer and sharing these first feelings of happiness with her, but right now while she is moving and I haven't heard from her for days, I have been feeling very lovesick and can't help but cry before I fall asleep because I just want to see her name on this web-site again! (big hugggssssss) This is a bsolutely wonderful, sweet friend, thank you so much for your encouraging heartfelt comments earlier, you are such a wonderful friend and I love you so so much! Michael darling boy wonderful poem as always this is one of your utter utter best poems darling boy as always you write with utter wonder, your pen is dipped into magic dust I think. And this caught me within it and carried me on
