I am stuffed full of contradictions, exclusionary fragments and exceptions. Excessive verbiage and tedious rules, couched in pluperfect and not-so-perfect antiquated phraseology. Obtuse, abstruse (abusive?) legaleseology (is that a word?) up the kazoo and back again. But until it is over, I sit here editing and re-editing and re-writing my interpretations, my memories, and thoughts, ad infinitum, ad nauseam. The Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution are easier to read and comprehend than California Probate Codes. But the first document at least gave me a belief in Freedom, and the second a hope for Unity, while the last threatens the core of both freedom and family unity. So here I sit, full of it. Thanks for your anticipated indulgence in permitting me to vent my frustration over a pending Intestate probate dispute. It is nasty business. |

ROFL... because I can identify with your situation all too well. *G* A different state... but similar problems. Someone should really teach legislators to write before letting them loose making laws. You've just made my afternoon brighter... well written! *S* |

Thank you, Sven. It will probably take a year to run it's meandering course. |

(sigh) Oh Kacy., I know just how you feel, I too feel we limit ourselve sso much and we seem to love sense of freedom every day further and I just wish we could all be a peoples government and decide what is both fair and follows our hearts! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is a very emotional verse! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kacy, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Noah, thanks. Wouldn't it be great if we didn't need any laws, but everyone acted out of justice, kindness, fairness and pure love? Utopia...it's all in our imaginations, but still...a goal to work for. Karen, yes, it can be trying and tiring, an emotional energy drainer at the very least. |

Kacy, Where have you been? And no laws eh...wouldn't they call that heaven? Isn't that daughter of yours graduated yet? She's taking way too much of your time! Miss ya'. |

Larry, I've missed interacting with you too. I've been busy reading the boring probate stuff, but also reading Oceanography and History and Algebra and Mythology and....you remember High School don't you? It's a never ending saga of subjects. Seriously, I only have a few minutes a day to spend here. Thanks for reading my diatribe against the legal system. |
