A scientific mind hid A secret in his heart He wanted to be romantic But didn’t know where to start Words that spelled out formulas Didn’t flow from his lips How he wondered, to describe The tender sway of female hips? What word to use for breasts Cuppable and superb What magic word could he find What perfect noun or verb A romance novel he thought His idea grew from seeds A way to retire gracefully And fulfill some lady’s needs With pen in hand he started Hoped it sells as he expects But then he realized too late ‘I’ll have to write about SEX!’ ** Based on fact. I've been working with this guy who's a 'dull science' guy (his words). He's going to write a romance novel and make lots of money (again his words). But he seems to be a bit shy when writing about intimacy, which I would think would be part of the whole novel! So I wrote this poem for him. He's a nice guy but very shy. Not sure how this will work out for him! LOL |

Great idea, though perhaps he is picking the wrong genre for his toe-dipping into noveldom? BTW, I really love to see your name pop up on the blue pages!!! Now, go give him something that totally steams his microscope. |

Well, if you are working with him I am darn sure the words will come to him with your help I am thinking you should do your own romance novel - that is what I am thinking. |

I'm a science guy. I know people who retreat into science because they are not people persons. Perhaps this will be good for your guy as he has the potential for learning. he can round himself put,so to speak. Love your poem |
