At dewpoint we savor the water droplets collecting like thin-skinned coins, fat thin-skinned coins, shaking and pregnant, leaving a residue. They slide and slither down the air to break further below. At freezing, crystals chafe the sky in white hues, white white hues in trees turned stone. Death is pretty, an understatement to the gray ashen horizon, burning dead fires, slumber, dormancy, the flames frozen in place, glinting light off of windows, fingerling wind through fist-heavy frosted trees. It's a quiet sound the wind makes when, 14 degrees below freezing, a quiet, steady, urgent howling sets itself up for a long night of answers. The questions blow across the waste, the answers come back in again. I'm not sure exactly what that means -- answers following questions following answers. |

never... you could never be useless. I on the other hand..am vanishing. pay no attention. been listening to downward spiral and I wrote something. gem will be delerious with joy. others might worry though What about China? Have you seen the Great Wall? |
