She is a window and a mirror,
a reflection shaped
and caught.

Got me thinking, mike.  Want to know what I'm thinking?  Of course you do.

She is a window... either you mean you can see right into her, or you can see right past her - I'm not entirely sure, but the ambiguity helps the poem have a bit more interpretive value.  She's also a mirror, a reflection shaped and caught.  A reflection, not yours, just a reflection - shaped and caught.  Everything about her is something around her that she shapes and makes her own (catches).

What you see in the entire world, you see reflected in a different shape, in her.  At least, that's what I gather you mean.  Like those carnival mirrors that make you all distorted - holding the world up to one of those, that shapes it into a human being.

It's a nice thought, and it's probably true for almost everyone.  We're windows, and we can be looked out of to see the outside... but we are also the reflection of what is outside, shaped to our likeness, caught by our ability to be alive.

Thanks for the thought.  I'm going to look at people different for the rest of the day, at least.

It's amazing the effect ice can have on the world.
