My Throne

Frosted snow on my window.
Winter chill in the air.
Midnight sky holds the moon glow.
Yet, I have not a care.

Flames of red and gold blazing.
In my fireplace of stone.
I stare at it like crystal gazing.
My fireside chair, my throne.

Floria, this is so peaceful and pleasant. I love having my own favorite chair. Mine happens to come with an ottoman that I couldn't do without. Loved this. Cheryl

(smiles) Sooooooo wonderfully said, sweet friend, I too just love writing away in front of my fireplace with my family during the winter, it is such a beautiful feeling!
