A Ghosts Impale

I laud the mantra of her mind
The moth that flies to close to flame
I bask in phrases that I find
That shines the edges of her aim.

She wiles me with her wings of sigh
Relaxes me to full surcease
Those flights of fantasy we fly
Within the valleys of release

It’s true its only part of me
And part of her that couples there
We drink this cup of pleasantry
And sail within this phantom air.

We touch and intertwine our hearts
In transcendental revelry
And pucker up our lips in starts
That never really comes to be.

How can I pose in ghostly veil?
She is the rose my soul inhales.

Thus in the pall of moonbeam
all things are as they seem
a bit of recall of the rose
a fragrance sweet to this nose
a bit of floral atrophy
this dried rose of memory

shucks, you inspired again...this may have to be a poem of its owem....

oh SY....OH *SIGH*  *S*

its US who bask in your phrases my Stinkylove

You are the apply of my morning sigh
You color my sky in hues of blue on high
Bursting before my eyes like Fourth of July
Blooming bouquets of butterflies by poetic imply

You are the supply of my minds eye
The reason I try to once again fly
A dragon who's spry and still shy
Neither of you, I could ever deny

Upon this rhymed reply you may rely
The answer why is in the winkie of my eye

Amazing use of language, it weaves tenerness and longing. Enjoyed!
