“RAIN AND I” by Bill Charles ~~~~ Today when it was raining I went for a walk, to experience what effects the rain would have, as I felt its embrace… I found a meadow and stood there surrounded by its peacefulness, the rain drenched me with its kisses, as it ran down my face… I felt it flow over my eyes, it touched my lips and I discovered it felt like your kisses, warm, moist, and full of discovery… So I let it caress me, as you have done so many times, and I knew the rain and I had discovered each other intimately, the same way we did, last night… ~~~~ |

Bill darling boy have you any idea how utterly wonderful this poem is? How it flows over the page like a soft caress? How sensuous and delicate is it's touch like rain falling like crystal tears of joy. it would be difficult to pick a line or two, it was difficult to pick a verse but these two fairly call me it touched my lips and I discovered it felt like your kisses, warm, moist, and full of discovery… So I let it caress me, as you have done so many times, and I knew the rain and I had discovered each other intimately, the same way we did, last night That is pure poetry, truly exceptional work, you are an absolutely brilliant darling boy utterly wonderful.
