'Mid sleepless heat of summer's night, No breezes call, alone I keep, My solitude as lay contrite, Coverless in tearless weep, Nameless feelings fueling grief, Benumbed to pain, to night's refrain, Burning, yearning, sans relief, Disconsolate, repine's disdain, Amid night's swelter, perspired, bemired, Alone I keep, am tired, am tired. "'Mid sleepless heat of summer's night, No breezes call, alone I keep, My solitude as lay contrite, Coverless in tearless weep, Nameless feelings fueling grief," wow, the images you create, so sad and alone....a powerful emotional pull with this |

*sigh* musings from a tender and tired heart. I felt this poem. You have put it together perfectly but mostly I feel myself responding to the feelings in it. **big hugs** Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |
