One Petal

Rest easy, the pain is mine
Before you walked away I was fine
There is time to heal my soul

The tears I'll wipe with one rose petal
A simple petal from the reddest rose of all
Roses were meant for happiness and sadness
And when the chill of the night brings no caress

I will put that one petal near your portray

oh daniel, my heart goes out to you if this is from personal experience. Love can really hurt in the end, but time shall heal your heart. You will love again and find the perfect lady for you.
