Winter snow banks retreat unknown polar ice caps break; spring once fostered mild changes now large white chunks migrate. subdued by the temperture rises... city people hit their fans against their balconies aloft, where the seasons have gone? Winds now hit harder inland, as tornadoes drive families outside in droves, and as ocean currents levels mount wonder when disaster will strike. Changing times and seasons used to to be regular now certainly uncyclic. |

I can relate to this, our seasons seem to have gone crazy too. Loved the metre and sparsity of words Keth Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |

A beautiful poem about the very unbeautiful subject of global warming. Very thought provoking. It makes me wonder how things would have been if there had been no humans on this planet. Great job, Martin! copyright2001 Lyra Nesius |

Keth, wanted to design a circle out of this, oh well the poem was more important than its shape. Madme Chip, who knows what there would be, we do know what effects we're making though. |
