The Choice Of Choosing

I held my breath
tucking the tears
deep inside
and more
was broken
than just my pride
I had put it all
on the line with this
one more chance
and your decision
came in silence
for no future dance
the question
of loving me
had been an if
then the answer came
with a goodbye
valentine gift
now I block you to silence
no more
is there voice
I let you choose
you made
your choice
