His honey maple hair
blows within the bayou
sangria lips
taste of satin sheets
sweet cocoa eyes
dance like sequoia trees
swimming within
a creamsicle sunset

A Palomino tan
galloping over his skin
luscious as succulent wild berries

An orange blossom dawn
bathes within sunlight of his kiss
medleys of potpourris linger
upon passionate parfaits of the morn

You can complain because roses have thorns, or you can rejoice because thorns have roses.

Your imagery is always so unbelievably awesome, Victoria....I hope they don't get too drunk on those Sangria lips.
Beautifully written as usual
