'twas a dream of love so true a kind of fire for me and you to keep burning all through the winters night and never deminish after a fight Though sadness does at times prevail and rose red heart do turn slightly pale remember that once was true this feeling from me, transplanted in you Shall not bow my head in shame I conclude that most are the same I hoped and wished for a (wo)man made trust, but as with roulette its win or bust Yes the time will ticker on and yes the memories will have gone but questions remain, will I ever be the same the darkness where once it shone Rich |

Rich, I'm really feeling this poem! I especially liked the second stanza, it really stood out to me. The title drew me in : ) Nicely penned You should post more often, I like your work. RP ![]() |

I like this a lot, it says a ton to me... My perception of truth will somehow never quite be the same..and so I write. |
