I wrote this poem for my mother but havent decided whether or not to give it to her on Mothers Day. I use to write her poems when i was a kid for mothers day, but that was over 13 years ago. Anyways here goes. Mother I was born into this world Cold and scared, but not alone Confused in what to do To my mother I held on Days to weeks, and weeks did pass Turning into years Some of Joy, some of pain Mother wiped away my tears Showing me the right path Even if I tried to disagree Deep down inside I knew Mother knew what's best for me And now that I am older I realize the things she did She did out of love for me Not because I was just a kid I love you Mom  |

Your words express a lot of love and appreciation....Moms are special ladies in our lives... I had mine for 22 years of my life...Wish I still did...so that I could write and give her poems... |
