Walking Waiting for green Crossing the street quickly Stepping on the curb of shadows Avoiding the blaring and glaring lights Going Going Almost unseen By people you’re stealthy Beneath glowing curtained windows Casual moves yet staying out of sight Sneaking Sneaking Where have you been? Moving there so briskly Is there somebody that follows As you move silent and intent through night Walking. Gloom |
