I meant to include, this was inspired by Strbbux' "My Inner Soul" Not Muse, But Agony a catharthis of words as fluid as tears come spilling out, along with my weeping, words that do not process, really, just spill and flow out of the profound burden of love upon which I can no longer see nor touch a target, words that just spill, unleashed through the opening the wound has created ©January 26, 2002 Whether on the shoal or on the shore, I'll seek the lighthouse evermore. The agony is painful indeed. Wonderful expression nonetheless. |

Oh my gosh....Agony is sure the right term for it...this poem just shouts the pain of it....Absolutely stunning and very powerful..I can only pray the pain becomes so much less than it is right now. **big big hugs** Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |

Thank you, both, and Startime, please the introductory sentence that I forgot to include when I first posted this piece. If you check back into Strbbux' poem, you will see that most of it transpired in my comment to her poem. I could relate, in great part, to the feelings she had, however, it has been in dealing with my own losses. I cannot imagine the pain of enduring the loss of one's child, however, and I pray to God I will never have to know it first hand. The aching I feel just pondering such is horrible to bear in itself. Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |

Just sad, the agony flows and healing comes in the gaps. Write on Kethry Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |
