A case of beer and off they go. Off to the Nascar race are Willie and Joe. Two old country boys who are Nascar fans. Each one thinking their driver is the man. They had never been to a race in their life. They always thought they had to take their wife. Off to the track at Rockinham, North Carolina. It would be the day nothing could be finer. Joe was a diehard Bill Elliott fan. Willie would argue Jeff Gordon was the man. They got to the track and stood there in shock. Here they were at the track thats called "The ROCK" The green flag was dropped to start the race. Tar was flying all over Willie and Joe`s face. Chicken bones and beer cans were flying everywhere. When Willie realized he had something in his hair. Elliott and Gordon were headed toward the finish line. When all of a sudden Gordon was hit from behind. Elliott crossed the finish line with no caution being called. While Gordon spun out and hit the wall. Joe sat there smiling from ear to ear. Elliott wasn`t the only winner,Willie had to buy Joe beer for a year. I`m also a Bill Elliott fan! Juanita |
