Scarecrow, a straw body. Ragged clothes. Slumped, hung on wooden beams. A movement never. Razor beaks peck, peck, peck at your empty eyes. Scarecrow, sad and knotty. No one knows. Slumped shoulders, the unachieved dreams. So silent ever. Razor beaks peck, peck, peck at your broken heart. Scarecrow, old and shoddy. Nothing grows. Slumped, those tears create streams. All numb forever. Razor beaks peck, peck, peck at your lonely soul. Oh, how those razor beaks keep pecking! I sometimes feel like this scarecrow, when some things go wrong for me, they start to pile up and it gets more and more painful, people are getting on my nerves and aahh!! Well im glad im not going through it now!lol! This was a good write I like the razor beaks. Randy Meador a life lived unexplored is a life not worth living. |

(tears fall down my cheeks) So very sad but well-written, sweet friend, I know these feelings all too well, but I believe as long as we embrace His love and smile, we can more be like the bird that befriends the scarecrow through time! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is fabulous! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Bonnie, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Interesting way to put the feelings expressed here. A sacrecrow was such a perfect choice. |
