Give me a life to give my devotion.
Give me someone who understands emotions.
Give me peace so I may feel.
Give me joy, oh so real.
Give me understanding to have.
Give me breath to breathe when I'm mad.
Give me music to fill my heart.
Give me intelligence so I may feel smart.
Give me love to share.
Give me dreams to care.
For all this is essential to me.
So I may return this to all who are close to me.
