Electronic techno DJs, Construct the beats with thier souls. The strummer who sits behind his guitar, Displays his heart through his magic melody, Alone, like a shooting star across the midnight sky, In the midst of a black, frozen universe, Still burning with a passion and fervor, Dancing like the wildest dervish, As his fingers and chords do the same. Poets brave a canvas without sound. As they reach into our hearts through depths profound. Across this world, Strangers shed tears for them, Understanding what it was that they had to say, Feeling for them, praying for them, hoping they make out allright. Just like the musicians, Making the best of every moment of this short life, Streaking across the sky. Love is God. Love is war. Love is what your life is for. |

What a great observation you have here. I like the thoughts in this. Making the best of every moment of this short life, Streaking across the sky. I agree with that wholeheartedly. We must make the most of life, for you only get out of life, what you put into it. If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please? |

This is great! Music and Poetry go hand in hand since music is lyrics of poetry! I really like this! I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for more of your work. : ) RP |

EagleScorpion - what a great read, as I play at the guitar, and also write poetry. A truly integrated combination of both in your writing... BC |
