Amidst the isles of forgotten dreams sails a ship of familiar themes Wandering forever in constant seek of all that was in certain mystique Touching the shores of now and before gathering a cargo of forgotten lore The sun does drop on golden wake with shimmering waves of foam top break Destinations never set in stone for the ports of call are never known Tempest seas, or typhoons lash it matters not of volcanoes ash Calmness of waters, breath of wind it all is the same, in the very end For the quest will not end with nature’s game seeking out what was, and is, remains the same Guided by sun, or moon and stars or just the experience of ancient scars A flying Dutchman, some would say Or a master of ship that is said to be fey Regardless of which or both it be the quest will go on in the memory sea Until at last minds anchor will drop when the sea has been traversed from start to stop |

Many of us have set sail on that ship, logan. It's a cross between the Love Boat and the Ship of Fools, perhaps well written, sir.... |

Well written Logan. Destinations never set in stone for the ports of call are never known How true that is. Sometimes that's part of the beauty of this life, not knowing where the ship will take us, or what port we will arrive in tomorrow. If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please? |

Logan--I'm glad the ship stopped for a bit at Passion's shore. |

Funny..I saw pictures of dolphins yesterday and was reminded of you. *sigh* Forgive the ramble. I do miss you. ~I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU!~ |

The word "fey" has long been one of my favorite words, and it added great flavor to the story you've woven...well done, Sir... |

Superbly written Logan. I love the ship/sailor theme. It calls to me like a beacon for some reason..maybe because the sea and sailors have a very deep mystique. Very strong sailing write! Sincerely, Regina It's all in the mind |
