I am here I will always you know I will walk I will talk not go I will remain forever to stay Give me the courage to give it my all this day Give me hope for a better place Give me strength for the fears I face Give me wisdom Take strife away Fill my body with words we say Let me grow again become whole Let my heart Help me cleanse my shame my guilt For I am trying to love me |

Barry this is wonderful! A change of style for you and very well done. To love ourselves...yes, we must be able to do that before we can love another. Kay and Nancy... Thank you both....I wrote this to help a friend of mine that is struggling right now. I wanted to share it because it fits so well with many of us.... I have walked this path myself...I am still recovering from my own walk...I KNOW SO WELL these feelings myself...And I have grown considerably as a person by being able to work through them and learning to love me too...
