What Love Is What Love Is it is the sharing of a sunset as it reflects in the eyes of the one you hold dear it is wrapped in strong arms as you enjoy the excitement and power of a storm it is walking the beach hand in hand in the quiet of a summer evening it is watching the sun rise and being thankful for a new day with the one you desire it is seeing eyes soften as you look deep into the reflection of yourself through his eyes it is eyes that light as you approach with arms out stretched to hold and caress it is reaching up to softly trace the face of him who you have belonged to throughout eternity it is touching lips and feeling passion’s flame begin to rise as you claim sweet coupling breath it is sharing lovers desire as you show your love with touch, taste, sound sight and smell it is becoming one as lover’s bodies come together in wild abandon or sweet possession it is knowing there is one who loves and cherishes you with unconditional love it is giving of yourself completely without expectations that’s What Love Is Karen Torbiak 2001© Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. Startime I swear you've not left one thing out because that is exactly love. I breathe the dust, the dust is me. |

it is knowing there is one who loves and cherishes you with unconditional love it is giving of yourself completely without expectations that’s What Love Is ====================== Reading this nearly brought tears to my eyes. I can never write as sweet a poem about love as this, coz I've yet to experience a love as true... One day, though, I'll be looking forward to the love that you've described here. |

I believe love with another is sharing a mutual admiration...many people have not been raised in a loving atmosphere...I find love can be elusive...James |

Being the Star that you are you have seen and shared much no matter how close or far these words link to such A great grasp of something easily elusive!! Well done! |
