Fifteen years I lived alone Then one day he came along Love I thought was all gone Came back even more strong We dated for a little while To my face he'd bring a smile He came to see me everyday Always brightening up my day He'd hold me close to his heart From me never would he part When I was sick he was there To show me that he did care The day came when he did change My life he always tried to arrange Jealousy in him I could see Which I dispised so completely So I decided that it was time To tell you with me not to confine Being down that road before I won’t be there anymore © By Sue 12-31-01 |
