A Sad Goodbye For A Special Kitty |

Dedicated to my daughter Jenn and her beloved kitty, Nana So many people wonder why they mean so much to us; it's just a cat, they'll tell you save your tears, don't make a fuss. On Christmas Eve my family lost a special little friend a cat who stood beside us, just eight years-not time to end. She was comfort to us all shared the good times and the bad now she's gone so soon away and our hearts are far too sad. I've said goodbye to many and it never feels ok to see a loved one leaving when you cry for them to stay Goodbye, our little NANA may your spirit shine on through We pray our angel, MIA has been there to guide you through. |

anyone who doesnt understand...must not have a pet... so sorry for your family's loss Sandra...it is hard...my sister is going thru this now with her 14 year old cat...they are a part of the family and its always sad to say goodbye. Im sure your daughter will be touched by this as we all are. take care jm |

it's just a cat, they'll tell you save your tears, don't make a fuss. It's hard anytime but around the holidays just seems too much. I still remember my first cat, Pennie and losing her. My thoughts are with you and your daughter. This is such a sweet thing for you to write for her and Nana. |

How sad to lose your kitty on Christmas eve. It’s sad to lose a family pet at any time, but during the holidays is the hardest. Hugs to you and your family my friend. If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please? |

Sandra - Although my reputation as a kitty kicker has spread far and wide, I'm sorry for your loss. Although I like dogs, I think I like cats even more for their quiet friendship and benevolent trust. I'm sure you will miss Nana for a long long time, but I'm also sure she knew she was loved and was happy to own you. |

Oh Sandra! I am so sorry about the little kitty. Animals become such a special part of our family. I love animals of all kinds. And, I've lost a few beloved animals in the past year. So I know how bad it hurts. I am so sorry about the kitty. |

Love is not limited to humans. We love out furry friends and I truly believe they return that love. Something that is loved is missed be it furry, feathered or human. Your poem says this in a tender way. Dan Death comes not when we cease to breathe, but when we cease to dream. |

A pet is the purest for of unconditional love there is. They make no demands, never criticize and love you no matter what. When they get sick they just look at us, not understanding, but trusting in us to take care of it. When we can't it fills us with incredible sadness...there is no feeling like losing a pet. I am sorry for your loss.... |
