i wrote a beautiful message
from a place i dug deep
every wretched emotion, asking forgiveness,

i wondered if you would believe my rant,
if i would believe myself.
Funny thing though, i was out of paper,
no pc available and so
i wrote them in the sand.
By the time you would have read it well, the tide
had washed my words out to sea.

Maybe they are best left there.
