Just got divorced a month ago so I have to get a few things out. (smile). I'm getting my life back, it's not easy, but the alternative was not acceptable.
Can anyone relate?

Any comments on this lyric would be appreciated.

Mine didn't start till 2 weeks AFTER the wedding. I think the picture is looking great for you now!!

redwriter1 - sounds like places I've been, only as a male... I write music also, well I attempt to. What type of music do you write, and do you play an instrument?

I've been out almost four years and I am always glad to hear of another survivor. I know many who are still in and it is devastating to watch. I hope that if anyone here is in that place will take strength from this peice and will realize that you can make it out. Healing can be almost as hard as being in the relationship...hang in there, leaving will be the greatest thing you have ever done for yourself.

This struck a deep chord with me...no musical pun intended. Thank you.
