A little tree left there all alone. It seems no one wanted to take it home. The little tree didn`t look all that bad. But spending Christmas alone was making it sad. Little Timmy stops by and looks at the tree. Gosh,I sure wish I could take you home with me. I don`t have enough money to buy you I`m sure. Mama gave me just enough to go to the store. The man from the tree lot happened by. He looked at Little Timmy who had tears in his eyes. He asked Little Timmy if something was wrong. Little Timmy nodded I just wished I could take this tree home. The man told Litle Timmy you`re in luck today. This is the very tree I was going to give away. The tree went home with Little Timmy that night. A more beautiful tree there was not in sight. The tree was more beautiful than any by far. The last thing to go on it was the Bethlehem Star. Everyone came by and all they could do was stare. Little Timmy came out and said Merry Christmas to you and to everyone everywhere. Juanita |

Very nice and sweet, that man had the spirit of Christmas giving and it payed him more than any money he took for the other trees I bet. Bill |

Ah, a Charlie Brown tree. My daughter always favors them above all others... and you've just proven why! |

Juanita darling girl Will you please stop writing so wonderfully? I'm crying again, I love it, the poem I mean, but the tears they are falling again. No more now I mean it. Give me a tale of love or derring do, but no more tales of little boy or girl blue. You know what I'm like, I blub. And I know you'll win you always do. Wonderful writing darling girl, absolutely perfect As always Mushy To give light to them that sit in darkness..... to guide our feet into the way of peace St John ch2 v1 |

These special tales you write are very dear with Christmas soon in site, they bring some cheer! Nicely sentimental, as always. [This message has been edited by ecrivan (12-21-2001 12:26 AM).] |

Sentimental and sweet. Reminded me of Charlie Brown's Christmas. |
