Hello to all of you. I am new to this poetry forum. Not only that but I am new to the whole concept of poetry. I have only written a few little poems in my life, but I have always loved reading poetry. Not only that, but I've been quite inspired by my brother Noah to write. Noah is an amazing writter and reading his work makes me want to get involved in the poetry world. This is my first poem, and I'm quite self concioius about it, so please me kind. He he. It isn't much, but it's a start. Here it is....... FOREVER I wish I could stay here forever, forever here in your arms I feel as long as I'm with you this world will never bring me harm. When I'm with you, my spirits are lifted up so high You can change the way I feel with just a single smile. I just can't wait to be with you each and every day. When you are around you take away all of my pain. The way our lips touched the for the first time, I never will forget. To hear your heart beat next to myne, and to feel your sweet warm breath. You've swept me away to heaven and I never want leave. I want to stay here forever...just you and me Noelle |
