My inner soul is very fragile and in it all I want to show my inner beauty in thoughts. Crystal towers sparkling within you So beautiful that the stars shine threw your eyes But so frail the crystals are That any broken heart will shatter them So the barrier of former hurts create the fences To protect the beautiful treasures For all the colors reflect into the crystals To create the rainbow personality within To bless the world with the imagination That children play in fun with The music you create within your chimes Effects all the senses of humanity Somehow you have weathered the storms That would have taken the reflections out of you To only steal the lightning And seal it within you To electrify the towers with light To guide you on your search To put a rainbow halo around us all D.Lester Young (11/2/01) Tuscaloosa, AL Copyright © D.Lester Young (White Eagle poetry) |

Wow! I like the use of chimes!! It sent goosebumps...poems are my feeble attempt to show what's on the inside and that realization was inspired by your piece!! It means alot to know that others see the fragility and cherished beauty of the being...especially in ourselves!! |
